We currently meet Monday thru Thursday at 1100 for our daily WOD’s on the “snap-in field” aboard MCAS Camp Pendleton. Typically we will utilize the main page WOD but may adjust based on class size and equipment availability. - 10 – 1 1/2 pood KB Walking Lunge, Alternating Steps (females use 1 pood kb)
- 15 – 1 1/2 , KB Swings

- Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
- Bench press: body weight
- Clean: 3/4 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.

- 95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
- 95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
(Females use 65 pounds as the prescribed weight)
