     We are updating the site and have posted WOD&#039;s in the past, however since we are an all volunteer force it gets to be a challenge with scheduling etc. and have found that following the main site WOD seems to be the best solution for all involved.  If your Marines are interested they are wolcome to join during one of our WOD&#039;s which will most likely reflect the main site WOD.  Thanks for your interest!</description>
