For those who have to exercise use an active rest day. Run an easy 5k or go for a swim. Enjoy the weekend and see you on Wednesday.

Thrusters, Hanging Power Cleans, Sumo Deadlift High-pull

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
  • 95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
  • 95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

(Females use 65 pounds as the prescribed weight)

Post total rounds completed.

We will meet outside at the snap-in field at 1100.  See you there.

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

10 Burpees
1 Rope Climb

30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (Females use 14 lb medicine ball)

Five rounds for time;

45 pound barbell overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 burpees

Women utilize 25 pound bar or two 10 pound dumbells as necessary.
Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

Post for total time to complete the exercises.

Meet at the pull-up bars on the “snap-in” field at 1100.
